• This version is highly experimental. Apophyllite-Stilbite has no established safety data for rectal use.

Rationale for Including Apophyllite-Stilbite Dust

• The 3500–3600 cm⁻¹ O-H stretch vibration (water-related) is the strongest band in these minerals.
• In theory, very fine particles could provide a localized silicate-water interface that might support mild hydration and tissue feel.
• However, this is purely hypothetical. There are no clinical studies supporting benefit, and real risks exist.

Safety & Research Needs

• Particle size must be sub-micron (extremely fine) to reduce abrasion risk.
• Must be lab-tested for heavy metals (lead, arsenic, etc.) and microbial contamination.
• Start with 30 mg and monitor closely for any irritation, bleeding, or systemic effects.
• Regular sigmoidoscopy or medical check recommended if used long-term.
• More research required: toxicology studies, absorption profiles, effects on rectal mucosa, long-term safety.
