My disability has been consistently framed as willful noncompliance. I have been tortured into isolation and lashing out, then blamed for it.

It has gotten so bad I need help to live now. I’m not able to fully take care of myself, and my parental rights have been forsaken by a system which refuses to see me as anything other than a ‘crazy trans person’.

I have done the best I can to communicate my needs the whole time. My disability is communicative and stresses trigger me easily in the face of repeated discouragement. I have been honest and earnestly seeking appropriate accommodations the whole time. My bigoted family weaponized my disability as I was educating about it.

There is a version of this case which includes my restrainers as victims to the system. They don’t want to end their lies though. Even for my daughter, the social worker who punished me worst, for believing they would help me, has chosen to paint me a stalker by leaving me in ‘forever silence’. They effectively tortured me callously into being their disabled stalker who “needed to talk”. They are making a stand on ‘I don’t want to’ avoidant boundaries being the way.

This is about a bunch of people refusing to be kind to a lady they messed up. And then staining her to hide their complicity within our legal systems. I cannot manage anything legal. I’m going to be homeless if nobody helps me with the means to do so properly.
