Core CFA Statistics

1. Protected Coherence Score (PCS)

• Definition: Overall measure of a player’s or team’s ability to maintain smooth, protected flow under pressure.
• Formula: PCS = (Overall VSI × 35) + (Transition VSI × 25) + (Spacing Efficiency × 20) + (Gp Rating × 20)
• Scale: 0–100 (≥85 = Elite)
• Annotation: Primary ranking metric. Combines rhythm, geometry, and protection.

2. Defensive Coherence Score (DCS)

• Definition: Measures how effectively a player creates protected defensive bands.
• Formula: DCS = (Defensive VSI Impact × 45) + (Help Rotation Quality × 25) + (Spacing Denial × 20) + (Rim/Channel Protection × 10)
• Annotation: Core defensive evaluation tool. High DCS players raise team RBSI.

3. Offensive Flow Index (OFI)

• Definition: Quantifies ability to generate and sustain smooth offensive rhythm.
• Formula: OFI = (Overall VSI × 30) + (Transition VSI × 25) + (Golden Angle Creation × 25) + (Decision Entropy Reduction × 20)
• Annotation: Focuses on creation and low-entropy decision making.

4. Momentum Resonance Index (MRI)

• Definition: Measures tuning into game momentum and producing elevated flow under stress.
• Formula: MRI = (Flow Uplift Under Pressure × 40) + (Golden Return Frequency × 30) + (Momentum Swing Neutralization × 20) + (Team VSI Recovery Speed × 10)
